Program schedules are made available online at the beginning of each month. These schedules are subject to change and updates are posted as soon as possible. Your TV Guide or other on-screen guides may not reflect the most recent schedule changes, because the schedules were sent to your cable or satellite provider prior to when the change was made.
If you see an on-screen program guide mistake, you will need to first contact your cable or satellite provider. If you continue to have issues after speaking to your provider, because we work with multiple third-party companies that maintain our on-screen program guides, please contact us via the 'Submit a Request' page with a photo of the program guide as it appears. Also include the date and time of this information, as well as your location and the name of your cable or satellite provider.
